I am not currently an MP as Parliament has been dissolved until after the General Election.”Mr Howlett has been knocking on doors with Tory colleagues and handing out a number of fliers.Twerton councillor Joe Rayment picked by Labour Party to stand in Bath in general electionOne of these called ‘reporting back’ folds out into A3 size in which he writes to the electorate about why they should vote for him.
